Dragonfruit and Carrots 

  

This morning I made a refreshing delicious and nutritious dragonfruit smoothie! Dragonfruit is rich in vitamin c, b vitamins protein and much more! Its truly a super fruit. I added carrots to give my smoothie an extra healthy punch. 
Recipe: 

Dragonfruit, 1/2 banana, mango, a scoop of baby carrots, Faye yogurt, Chia seeds, fresh squeezed orange juice. 

Directions: 

Blend and sip!
